1.) Meditation from the Book of Secrets: ‘Remember Yourself as Light’ - 1 hour
A meditation designed, as Tantra and Yoga say, to bring you beyond the waking,
dreaming and sleeping stages of consciousness by using the flame of the heart
in dance and silence.
2.) 15 minutes of Audio Meditation while resting.
3.) Chakra Sounds Meditation – 1 hour
Chakra Sounds is a very soft meditation. It activates and harmonizes the seven
chakra centers of the body, working with the vibrations of musical sound. We
sing on the sound “aw” which helps the sound to vibrate inside the body,
changing the sound as the music changes with every chakra.
4.) 20 minute Tea Break with Refreshments
5.) Video Meditation Discourse – 45 minutes
A discourse designed to develop insight, and listening with relaxed awareness which leads us to a meditative silent space inside.
